Using the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) methodology, the influence of intangible values was measured based on their impact on sponsors.

Additional methodological improvements were made to reduce and limit the margin of subjectivity to which the valuation of intangibles is always exposed.

We delivered an updated and more robust methodology for the measurement of intangible values.

Asses the implementation of a proposed Brand initiative in financial terms.

BUDAS approach

We estimated the interal rate of return, based on available financial and market information.

Result

Different scenarios of investment and IRR, helped the client to understand the upper limit of investment that justified the brand initiative in financial terms.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Client objective

Identify and control the production process that impact the brand quality perception of consumers.

BUDAS approach

We evaluated the brand quality perception of clients and the attributes that are critical to quality (CTQ). Then, we translated the CTQ into product specifications, mapped the points in the process that affect such specifications, and established controls.

Result

The quality system improved both the factual measurable quality traits of the products and subjective quality perception of clients.
